LuvCali merchandise purchased in a retail store must be returned to the purchase location. Please contact the retail store for their return policy.
You may return or exchange new and unused LuvCali products within 30 days of purchase from our website. For returns received within 30 days of purchase, we’ll credit your original form of payment, excluding the original shipping charge. If received after 30 days or no record of sale is available, we will provide a LuvCali credit at the current price of the product, excluding original shipping charges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you received the wrong product or a damaged or defective product, please contact us at Info@ LuvCali.com within two weeks of receipt of the item. Once we receive and approve the return, we will send a replacement item. We process most returns within 2-3 weeks of receipt.
Please insure and track your return shipment. If we don’t receive your package, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
If you make an exchange, we require that you do so within 30 days of purchase, and new shipping charges will apply. Please contact us at Info@LuvCali.com for shipping charges.
If the cost of your new item is less than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be credited the difference, excluding the original shipping charges.
If the cost of your new item is more than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be charged the difference.
In all cases, a new shipping fee will be applicable.

Our prices are subject to change. Exchanges are based on the price listed on our website at the time of repurchase.
LuvCali reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
